If we would like to live in harmony with all of life, we rely, in part, on the aesthetic awareness of harmony and disharmony. Through practice, deepening awareness, and mutual support & inspiration, we can find ways to help our own bodymind system come into greater harmony with life. And by coming into greater harmony ourselves, we can relate more easefully and peacefully with others. Inspirations are shared from sources including science fiction, anarchism & other social movements, permaculture design, and spiritual traditions including yoga to explore ways in which we can help ourselves and each other to live in vibrantly egalitarian ways. This masterclass is an invitation to direct experience of the heart of life, to engaging in practices of freedom, to nourishing all our relations. We are all related. We are all connected. We don’t need to live in the isolation of our personal mental idea of life. We can come out to play in the fullness of life, the fullness of who we are. We can enjoy both childlike delight and adult discernment. We can live natural human lives.
